Within the frames of 1st Open Science Forum organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, on November 2, Georgian Research and Educational Networking Association GRENA conducted 2nd national dissemination event.
The forum took place at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and was attended by 120 participants in total both in person and online. During the opening speech Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Ms. Nunu Mitskevich noted the importance of development of open science practices in Georgia.
The event gathered representatives of research and education community. The speakers in the EOSC 2nd national dissemination event included Ramaz Kvatadze from GRENA, Marina Razmadze from Institute Techinformi, Nino Pavliashvili from National Science Library of Georgia and Irma Khachidze from Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine.
EOSC 2nd national dissemination event was concluded by panel discussion involving the participants from local and international community. The participants expressed huge interest towards EOSC, got engaged in discussions and showed interest in attending future meetings.
